At Doxie Life, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read below for shipping options, timelines, and important information about domestic and international shipping.

 



1. Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping rates are estimated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight/size. 

We do not mark up shipping — you only pay the actual cost charged by the courier to ship your order. If there’s a significant difference between the estimated amount and the final shipping cost, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm the change.


    2. Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

    Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

    Shipping Methods

    • Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout.

    • Orders sent to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are shipped via Australia Post.

    • Orders sent to street addresses are shipped via Sendle Courier.

    Taxes

    • Orders shipped in Australia are subject to GST.


    3. International Shipping

    We currently ship internationally to:

    • United States

    • United Kingdom

    • Canada

    • New Zealand

    Processing & Delivery Time

    • Orders are processed within 2 business days.

    • International shipping costs to the United States are flat rates that include current tariff fees. 

    • Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates. Delivery times may be delayed due to increased shipping during holiday periods and due to delays for Customs Clearances. 

    Duties, Taxes & Customs

    • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Please check your country’s import policies before ordering.


      4. Tracking & Delivery Issues

      • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

      • If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to us at support@doxielife.co.
